Return Policy
There is no return policy as the shipment once sent are never returned to India by DHL eCommerce and Bombino Express if the buyers address is incorrect or the receiver is unavailable. The shipment gets abandoned at the destination.

We do ensure that the packaging done is up to the mark to withstand the rigors of air transportation. We will refund the buyer in case the shipment is lost in transit by the carrier of the shipment. However, we do not cover for any damaged delivery of the products as our deliveries are subject to external factors like Customs, Airline transportation, postal network, etc. No claim will be settled if the shipment remains undelivered due to insufficient address or the buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
